a somewhat decent experience
central location packed snacks cute staff problematic gps limited channels lukewarm water
the location rocks it is right there. i was totally near the square thats what i wanted. i had breakfast with packed snacks i could take, wow. the staff was very cute and helpful, great start.
i did not love the gps around town wow. it was leading me in circles it was so annoying. english channels on tv were not there oh no. the hot water was just lukewarm boo.

great location clean room nice selection friendly staff
i stayed in a fantastic location near piazza maggiore it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops this made exploring simple the room was super clean and cozy ensuring a restful stay breakfast was included offering a nice selection of food the staff were friendly and helpful enhancing my experience
the water pressure in the shower was slightly low , made it a bit difficult to rinse thoroughly

the staff provided prompt assistance with directions and luggage storage i appreciated their helpfulness and positive attitude it was nice that they were available to arrange taxis upon request and catered well for my needs

tiny shower small room
The hotel location was really convenient breakfast was also included.
The room I had was very small. It reminded me of a budget accommodation despite the fairly high price. The shower was particularly tiny it was almost impossible to shower comfortably.

i liked that the hotel employee parked my car. i didn't need to worry about it (i really appreciated this service). the early breakfast was convenient for my travel schedule. i also appreciated the central location, close to everything.
the hotel charged me for a card i lost. there was no prior warning about this policy.
